The Dyssomnias disorders are starting primary or maintenance the dream or excessive sleepiness and are characterized by alteration in the quantity, quality, or timing of sleep. Patients may complain of difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, intermittent wakefulness during the night, early morning awakening, or combinations of any of them. Transient episodes are usually of little importance. Stress, caffeine, physical discomfort, take a nap during the day and an early bedtime are common factors.
